How it works

Step 01

Submit your Request

Submit your vehicle information including the Make, Model, Grade(Trim), Year, Mileage etc…

Step 02

Search on Auction

We send you photos and full details of selected cars, advise on pricing and bidding (FOB/CIF), and you simply choose the vehicle and confirm your bidding price for us to purchase on your behalf.

Step 03

Security Deposit

We’ll issue an invoice for the JPY 100,000 security deposit, payable within 24 hours via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or escrow on our website.

Step 04

Bidding

Nexca’s auction agents will bid starting from the lowest possible price, up to your confirmed limit. Once the auction ends, we’ll notify you of the result by email immediately.

Step 05

After a Successful Bid

After a successful bid, we issue a proforma invoice with our 8% agent fee. Your final payment equals the bid price minus the deposit, payable within 7 days. If unsuccessful, we’ll bid again on the next vehicle with your confirmation.

Step 06

Shipment of the vehicle

We arrange shipping, inspections, and insurance, then send your vehicle to your chosen port. Shipping documents are mailed to you, and your final payment is released only after you receive them.
